The final concert of the semester for the choir is a French evening in Allhelgonakyrkan in Lund. We will perform music from only French composers, such as Machaut, Duruflé, Messiaen, Lesur and also Francis Poulenc’s choral masterpiece Figure Humaine.

We guarantee proper Christmas spirit, as we perform some traditional Christmas music together with organist Lars Davd Nilsson, conducted by our own Ragnar Bohlin.

As the summer is nearing, Lunds Vokalensemble will visit Mariakyrkan in Helsingborg for a summer concert, conducted by Ragnar Bohlin. We will performe a programme that reflects the dazzling evening light of the early summer. Both bright and dusky, light and serious. Present but still dreaming. Music by Schütz, Mahler, Vaughan-Williams, Stenhammar, Lars Gullin and Ulrika Emanuelsson among others.
The concert will be recorded by Swedish national radio (P2) for broadcasting at a later date.
